Doosan Diesel Generator Repairs & Servicing

We service Doosan engine oil, filters and coolant to the plate schedule, and test the battery and charger on standby sets between grid outages.

Where an ATS is fitted, we test the transfer. An unloaded exercise run keeps the engine turning; scheduled maintenance keeps it reliable.

When a Doosan will not crank, we trace the battery, the starter and any shutdown state on the installed controller.

When it cranks without firing, we check the fuel filter, air in the lines and the solenoid before listing injection parts.

Doosan installations may use a Deep Sea, SmartGen or Doosan-integrated panel. We read the alarm on the panel at your site and trace it for that controller.

When a Doosan standby set runs but the building does not transfer, we test the ATS and the panel’s start output.

For overheating, we check coolant, the radiator and enclosure ventilation, including louvre clearance on site sets.

We measure voltage at the breaker and AVR once engine speed is stable, then test the alternator against its nameplate.

Book a repair when the set fails during an outage, trips under load or loses output while the engine runs.

Book a service when fluids are due and the set still passes its routine exercise.

A fuel or battery repair on a moderate-hour Doosan is usually worthwhile. Major engine work on a high-hour commercial set needs a closer comparison.
