Call, WhatsApp or use the form. Give the suburb in Gauteng, the make, model and kVA if you know them, the fuel type, and what the generator is doing or which alarm it shows. A photo of the data plate on WhatsApp helps.

The details are checked to decide whether the problem needs a site visit, what kind of visit it is, and whether parts may be needed.

Charges are explained first
The callout fee is R400 – R700 in business hours and R700 – R1,400 after hours. The callout fee is only payable if the customer does not accept the quotation. If the quotation is accepted, the callout fee is waived. The written quote is free, and the diagnosis is included at no extra charge when you go ahead with the repair.

Diagnosis, then a quote
The generator is inspected and the fault is tested on site. A written quote is given before work starts and is valid for 14 days. If more work is found once the job is under way, it is explained and not done without your approval.
- 06
Work follows the accepted quote
Repairs or servicing go ahead on the scope you accept. Payment is due on completion unless a credit account or another arrangement is agreed in writing. EFT bank transfer and cash are accepted.
Send your generator details on WhatsApp
This opens WhatsApp with a short message already typed: brand, model, capacity, symptoms and suburb. Fill in what you know and send it. Blank lines are fine.
- The data-plate photo is added inside WhatsApp after the chat opens: tap the attachment or camera icon and choose the photo. A link cannot attach the photo for you.
- Take the photo only when the generator is switched off and has cooled down. Do not reach over or into a running or hot generator, and keep away from the exhaust.
- A standby generator set to automatic can start by itself when the mains supply fails. If you are not sure how it is set, photograph the plate from a distance or send a photo of the whole set instead.
Charges, quotes and payment

- The callout fee is R400 – R700 in business hours and R700 – R1,400 after hours. The callout fee is only payable if the customer does not accept the quotation. - Deposits
- Large jobs or parts orders may need a deposit of up to 50% before work starts. If a deposit applies, it is stated in the quote. Details about deposits
- Payment

- Cancellations
- Bookings can be moved or cancelled with at least 4 hours' notice. Later cancellations may incur a callout fee. Details about cancellations
