We repair the engine side that will not start, the controller that shows an alarm, the battery that should crank the set and the electrical output once the engine runs. On a standby set we also check the automatic start: a silent Generac may never have received a start command, while one that starts and stops is reacting to a fault.

A registered gas practitioner handles gas supply installation, pipework and certification. We diagnose and repair the generator, report any supply symptom clearly, and leave regulators, pressure settings and safety devices as the installer set them.

Transfer faults show up in three ways: the generator starts while the load stays on mains, the set never receives a start command, or the transfer switch does not move when it should. We inspect the wiring and control signals between the controller and the transfer gear.

We repair ATS and automatic-start faults within the existing design, with every safety device in the transfer path left working. A start command that never arrives is a control fault; a running set with a load that never moves is a transfer fault, and we report which one you have.

When the Generac engine runs and your building still has no generator power, the fault is in the output. We check the breaker, the wiring, the AVR, the alternator and the control system, proving the simple faults first, and we include engine speed because unstable speed moves the voltage.

No output, low output and output that wanders under load are three different findings with different causes, and we treat a set that runs without power as an output fault.
